CertScope is a preparation service, not software you operate. You tell us what the product is; we determine which Consumer Product Safety Commission rules reach it, and we build the certificate a customs broker can file against it. We prepare — you sign and you file.

The determination wizard and the certificate linter on the front page are free, need no account, and work whether or not you ever buy anything. Every rule they cite is read from the public CPSC registries and quoted to 16 CFR 1110 rather than summarised.
